As you might have gathered, life at the Admiralty is somewhat trying and time consuming these days, so apologies for being an even slacker Mod than usual of late. At some stage last year we had a discussion about Mr Bush not having a birthday. Hornblower's birthday is 4th July, as we all know, and I've unilaterally decided that Kennedy's birthday is 12th February, but poor old Mr Bush? Nothing.
